Remote surfing adventures and being decisive with Ben Herrgott.
Ben loves to surf in the coldest most remote places as he can. He believes that everything is easy, once a decision is made.
About Ben
Ben Herrgott started surfing a few years after moving from France to Australia in 2002. After working for 10 years in Melbourne, Ben decided to make up for all the years away from the water, and try to fast-track his learning. He approved it as an investment in his future: if he surfs all kinds of waves with all kinds of people in all kinds of countries, he should improve enough to ensure that he will have a ball every time he gets his gills wet…
Ben enjoys rugged landscape - cold water and empty places, so he almost only travels to explore waves in colder regions of the world: Far East Russia, Alaska... and sometimes he chooses to ride a mountain bike instead to mix it up a bit with his last bike trip being in Greenland.
